At Indiafeast Millers Private Limited, we take great care in supplying premium quality rice to our global clients. Since our products are exported in bulk quantities for business and commercial use, we follow a clear and transparent refund and return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns or refunds are considered only in cases of genuine quality concerns, product damage during transit, or discrepancies in agreed specifications.
- Claims must be reported within 7 working days of delivery with clear supporting evidence (photos, videos, or inspection reports).
- Products must remain in their original packaging and unused condition for eligibility
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used rice bags.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Customized or private-label orders, unless the issue is due to our error.
3. Refund Process
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a replacement shipment or refund as per the agreement.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or through mutual settlement.
- Processing time may take 07-15 business days, depending on banking channels and international trade procedures.
